While we strive to ensure that all transactions are processed promptly and accurately, we cannot guarantee the availability or reliability of the telecommunication services provided by the operators. Mobile Recharge AE acts as an intermediary between users and telecom operators.

To access certain features of our Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

We reserve the right to disable any user account at any time if, in our opinion, you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms or if activities occur on your account which, in our sole discretion, would or might cause damage to or impair the Services or infringe or violate any third party rights, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.

4. Payment Terms

All prices displayed on our website are in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

Payment processing services for users on Mobile Recharge AE are provided by our authorized payment processors. Your use of such services is subject to the terms and conditions of these payment processors.

Once a recharge transaction is completed, it cannot be reversed or refunded. Please ensure that you enter the correct mobile number and select the appropriate operator before confirming any transaction.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our services. You further agree not to:

• Use our Services to engage in any fraudulent activity or to infringe upon the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts, computer systems, or networks
• Harvest or collect user information, including email addresses, without their consent
• Upload viruses or other malicious code or otherwise compromise the security of our Services
• Use any robot, spider, or other automated device to access our Services
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity

6. Intellectual Property

All content included on our website, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Mobile Recharge AE or its content suppliers and is protected by UAE and international copyright laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not ours, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits us.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mobile Recharge AE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
• Any content obtained from the Services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the past six months for the Services giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mobile Recharge AE, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services or delete your account.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
